Noel commenced his Real Estate career in 1976 with a leading real estate company in Hobart. He very rapidly became the top sales and marketing representative with the company. After being promoted to Sales Manager, he was involved in an overseas study tour in the USA in 1982. He then undertook a four year course to gain the estate agency certificate which enabled him to become a licensed Real Estate Agent and became a Director of the company in 1984.

He obtained his auctioneers licence and was in the forefront of business expansion which saw the company quickly grow from one to five offices servicing all areas of Hobart.

In 1991 Noel decided to move back to his home town of Launceston to set up his own office. The new agency quickly established a firm reputation for providing excellent service and within a relatively short space of time became the No. 1 sales office in Launceston.

Noel's Real Estate experience encompasses almost 34 years and involves listing and selling residential real estate, his position as president of the R.E.I.T Northern Branch, management, state trainer, auctioneering, property developing, home building, marketing of subdivisions and investment advice. Noel is iconic within the Launceston real estate community and puts into practice daily his exceptional communication and organisational skills, marrying them well with his high level of energy, which without doubt are some of his strongest professional attributes. He is married to Christina and together they have nine children - five biological children and four adopted from Ethiopia.

A career highlight was attending the Robert Bevan Best Practice Retreat in 2006 and receiving the Kevin Hitchcock Medal, which is awarded annually to someone who through determination and commitment has overcome a significant obstacle and provided an example to their peers through determination and a positive attitude.

Apart from Real Estate, Noel and Christina regularly attend the Door of Hope Christian Church. Noel enjoys reading and working out at the gym. They also love spending time with their eighteen grandchildren. In recent years they have developed an interest in all things African and have travelled there on eight occasions.
