Phillip regularly markets a large portfolio of properties, specialising in residential homes and land subdivisions. He is ably assisted by his business manager “Lyndon Deans” who works with all the behind the scenes marketing and processing including, window displays, newspaper and Internet advertising, processing contract and listing documentation, follow up procedures, open homes and inspections and liaising with government authorities.
