Carlie became our Towns Shearing Client Services Manager in 2003. Initially she performed this role alone, however as our company has grown over the years, so too has her Service Department, to the point where it now consists of many staff members, both full and part time, allowing us the flexibility to effectively assist you with your real estate needs.

Carlie’s main role is to organise and maintain the day-to-day management of Towns Shearing’s extensive client base. Her department has many important responsibilities including keeping in regular contact with our established and repeat clientele, organising the quarterly client base competitions, maintaining our Property Alert System and surveying our clients for valuable feedback on how we can look after your real estate needs even better. In many instances, people have initially been introduced to Towns Shearing through our Client Services Department and Carlie takes this responsibility very seriously.

Outside work, Carlie, alongside her husband and 12 year old daughter have recently completed building their dream home.
