During summer, the water is ideal for swimming and the shores of Lake TREVALLYN are utilised by the Launceston community for water skiing, kayaking and windsurfing.
According to the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania, the median sales price of homes in the TREVALLYN area for the 2010 March quarter was $320,000, up 18.5 per cent from the previous year.
